During our recent relocation with my company, my wife and I had the pleasure of working with Judy Williams. From the first introduction over the phone to the final days of closing, Judy exceeded all our expectations. During the initial contact she asked questions that my wife and I hadn't considered, which later on would become significant items. She tailored the results that we were getting through her automatic notifications as we narrowed down to what we were looking for. She checked in frequently with us to see how our home search was going, and to see if we had come up with any dates for our house hunting. Once we had decided on the time frame, she put together a list of potential homes for us, along with others that we also wanted to see. Because of our conversations and her knowledge of the area, she was able to give us valuable input whether a particular area would be a good fit for us or not. She also provided some valuable insight on the pros and cons of particular counties and neighborhoods. Once we had selected a home, she skillfully coordinated with getting the home inspections completed. In my wife's and I opinion, she was the perfect realtor for what we needed. If I could, I would give her a 10-star rating!
