Brody frost and Bonnie hicks were without a doubt the answer to our prayer after having a bad experience with another realtor. Brody went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of all questions were answered and that even when he was out of town had Bonnie on board and knew what was going on. Our closing was by far one of the hardest and lengthiest closings Brody said he’s ever had not due to our part but because the seller of the house we were purchasing. Selling out house was made so incredibly easy and Brody brought us buyers and showings constantly until our house sold, and sold for what we wanted to sell it for and what we desired to net on our home. We now feel like apart of the Bonnie hicks and Brody frost realtor team family after spending 6 months with consistent contact with them. Lastly, we never ever felt like the seller of our home or the buying of our new home was about Brody making a sell. Brody guided us as he would guide his own family and never once steered us in the wrong direction. He stayed with us late and answered questions late when our heads were spinning from the constant negotiation back and forth with the purchase of our new home. Bonnie and Brody closed another deal for us and we could not be more excited! While we hate that our time in Alabama has come to a close we are very appreciative that Bonnie and her team were able to help us as we closed out on our properties there. After closing the sale of our farm earlier this year, Bonnie and Brody hit it out of the park again with the sale of our in-town property.
