We chose Rico as our Realtor to purchase our first home. He is extremely knowledgeable and listened to us an guided us through the whole process. He showed us a dozen houses but none really clicked with our wants. We ended up buying a new house from a builder and he was happy we found the house that was going to make us happy. 5 years later, we ended up choosing Rico again to sell our first home. The house ended up falling under contract within a couple of days thanks to his advice on staging and minor repairs! He also handled everything with the relocation company and made the move as easy as possible. Awesome realtor, great person and 1000% recommend you choose him as your realtor if you get the chance.
