Chaundra also took the time to listen and respect what was important to us as sellers, and negotiated for us after getting multiple offers within the first week of listing. We really felt like we received the best possible offer for our home. While we were in contract, Chaundra stayed in communication with the buyer's realtor to ensure our timeline was being met with mortgage and title commitments and everything else that was needed before closing. Chaundra is incredibly knowledgable about the real estate industry as well as responsive, personable and an excellent communicator. 10/10 would recommend!!!
