Mark was very knowledgeable of the Reading area, he let me know immediately when something was posted that he knew I would be interested in. Mark was always giving me immediate responses to all of my (probably somewhat annoying) questions with a smile. Mark is a true professional that puts his customers needs first. One day, he drove me around in his personal car to show me 8 different homes on a Saturday, putting over 60 miles on his car and about 6 hours of his time. Now, THAT is top notch customer service that you do not see very often. Mark is very tenacious and strives to make his customers happy.
