I purchased a home in 2018 to flip. Not keeping an eye on things my partner did many things without permits. Susan was the second Realtor to come into the project. I had no idea how much was wrong. We had several offers with Susan which seem to all fall apart right after the inspections. Each time Susan stepped up her marketing and open houses. She took over dealing with the town making sure all the permits were done and closed. Susan is a force to be reckoned with. She will never let you down. She is more than honest and speaks her mind.She is very profession and protects her clients. I'm sure if I had hired her in the beginning we would not have had any problems and would have gotten more money.

Luanne has so much experience so she was able to suggest changes that helped sell our house. She wasn’t pushy and had so much patience answering our many questions. Bottom line... we sold our house in 2 days. We would highly recommend her...very professional and a pleasure to work with!
