Gerik was very helpful during the process. You don't sell a home every day so of course I had a ton of questions. He was very patient and thorough. He was very responsive, and his knowledge of the market was spot on. I appreciate his work to get my house sold. He even brought me a ton of boxes (which is just great customer service). I recommend Gerik and will reach out to him again when I buy.
