Lauren is truly an amazing soul. I can be a picky person when it’s comes to major life changing event and buying the right house was no different. Lauren worked day and night to make sure she found my family the perfect house to call home. Buying a home is extremely stressful and Lauren made it less stressful for us. I highly recommend her for selling or helping you buy a home. She’s a blessing!

We met Margaret through our association with her husband, Simon, a general contractor we selected to build a custom spec home with us in Hampton Hall, a gated community in Bluffton, SC. Let's just say meeting and working with Simon on this new construction was absolutely a blessing, but then to have Margaret involved on the eventual sales and marketing of the home was simply icing on the cake! There aren't enough words to say how fantastic both of these individuals are. They are the most professional, honest, and knowledge based people you could EVER want on your team when you are seeking any sort of real estate transaction in Beaufort County. All real estate transactions are challenging in one way or another, but Margaret and Simon help calm all the waters because they sincerely take a genuine interest in you, and what you are looking to accomplish. They are above board in every respect - their level of professional integrity is truly one of a kind!! Bottom line, they know all about the various communities, the products offered, if the products will function based on your needs, and how to buy or sell them. Because of their long history in the area they know all the players in their respective lanes of real estate, so if you are buying, selling, or building they are the team for you without question!! Regrets you will never have with Margaret and Simon navigating your real estate transaction in Hilton Head, Bluffton or Beaufort!!! Mr. & Mrs. Nash
