Once the home was listed, we got a very competitive offer on the first day and we were able to come to an agreement on the sale price within 24 hours. Mark was also very helpful during the property inspection process and was able to help me hire the right people to do the fixes required by the buyers - he even helped with some of them himself! And, he worked well with the buyer's agent to negotiate what fixes were really required. He want above and beyond at every step of the way and I would recommend him to all of my friends because of his knowledge, attentiveness and professional demeanor.
