We recently purchased a second home on Cape Cod. It is important to have an agent with true real estate skills and experience. The real estate market is much more difficult then when I purchased my last home. Buyer competition drives the market. I am recommending Katie Hempel because she was always there with answers and ideas on how to pursue the right resolution to any problem that I presented to her. There was never a point when I didn't agree with her opinion. I often said to my wife that we are very lucky to have Katie as our agent. She was on the plus side in anything that we needed.
