We transferred the sale listing of my mother's condo in Windchime from another realtor who was not successful in bringing in any offers and indicated we would need to lower the asking price. After Tom took over the listing, just a few month's later, we sold the unit for 10.5% more than it was initially listed for with the first broker. I don't think there's any better example of Tom out-performing the competition than this clear example. He was very responsive to our inquiries and kept us very well informed throughout the entire process. We highly recommend him and his services.
