Talena is the perfect person to work with when it is imperative to rely on professionalism and communication. She consistently followed through with my status on everything from scheduling a Title 5 Inspection to providing contacts for furniture disposal and junk removal. She also provided names of R/E Attorneys in the area. This level of attention was greatly appreciated as I resided out of state. Between the time we first met and talked about the listing and the time the property was put on the market, the market had heated-up. Talena suggested we revisit our original intended asking price and even provided updated "comps". Sure enough, the house sold for $61,000 more than we originally discussed. We received multiple offers on the home and discussed the viability of each one. Every suggestion Talena offered demonstrated a thorough knowledge and understanding of the area real estate market. I would not hesitate to recommend Talena as a top-notch Real Estate Professional.
