She gathered all the information about the house into an organized binder for potential buyers and peppered us with questions so that she knew as much as we did about the house. All so she could answer any question about the house during showings. The offer we received was beyond our expectations. After we accepted the offer, Melissa kept us informed and guided us through the P&S and final closing. She developed a working relationship with both the buyer and the buyer's realtor so she was able to make sure any issues were resolved quickly and smoothly.
