Sherry was honestly fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. Not only was she able to find us a perfect home, but she was able to negotiate a deal and close on it. No matter the hang ups, loop holes or obstacles that came our way- Sherry was able to help us get through each step. She was thorough and was able to explain every step without stressing us out. We truly are so thankful for everything she did in helping us buy a home for our family.

If you’re looking to buy a house, we HIGHLY recommend the Arnold Team! They stuck with us through the entire process, even after what felt like a million houses 😂❤️ They were always patient, understanding, and willing to help us find the right one. They never made us feel rushed or pressured and continued to show up for us until we finally found the perfect place to call home. Buying a house is a big process, and having realtors who genuinely care about you and want what’s best for your family makes all the difference. We are so thankful for their time, hard work, patience, and dedication throughout this journey! Thank you for sticking with us until we found *the one!* We couldn’t be happier, and we are so grateful to have had y’all by our side! 🏡🔑🤍 **If you’re buying or selling, do yourself a favor and give them a call! You won’t regret it! ❤️

I can't thank Mariah enough for being patient with us throw our house buying process. She was literally looking from Mountain Home to Fayetteville at one point! I think we only actually looked at 3 houses since the day I told her we wanted to sell our house and move. I ended up sending her 2 houses in Valley and we knew the minute we pulled into the driveway that Valley Road would be our home. Mariah was a our biggest cheerleader during the entire process. All of the worrying and thousands of questions she always kept a positive note and was quick to give encouragement when we started to doubt the process. We are super thankful for Mariah and we have found a friend for a lifetime with her!

Macy is very personable and professional. She always went out of her way to answer every question at any time. She had great negotiation skills and worked patiently with us as we navigated through the house buying process.

Very well at keeping up and finding any new listings that it would fit what you were looking for and really great at guiding you through the buying process!
