Jody did an awesome job with the sale of my house and the purchase of my new home. My situation was difficult because my spouse had just passed away. Jody was trying to help me sell my home and find something else right away because I was on a very restricted timeline. She also had to deal with someone who was grieving. She listened to me, she took my concerns seriously, she walked me through the process, she answered my calls and texts, she was patient with me and found me a great home in the area that I wanted to live in. I highly recommend Jody and her team.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Jody! From start to finish, she was incredibly friendly, responsive, and professional. She always made time to answer our questions, explained the process clearly, and went above and beyond to help us find our forever perfect home. What stood out the most was how comfortable she made us feel. Almost like we were working with a trusted friend who truly cared about our needs. We are so grateful for her guidance and support, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I’m not sure when Jody sleeps because she was on top of new listings immediately and had my showing set up ASAP. She is super motivated to find what you are looking for and has a knowledgeable team to back her up when she is helping other clients.
