Brittany was super helpful! She was willing to go look at whatever properties we asked and she was really great at communicating on what she saw, etc. She did video walk through for us as we were out of state home buyers which was extremely helpful until we could make the trip to view in person. She kept us in the loop through the whole process, even after closing with the repairs being done. I recommend Brittany for any home buying needs.

Good communication. Worked very hard to smooth the bumps of purchasing my home. Went as far as doing things seller's should have done, just so it wouldn't effect me.

She also guided us through a very difficult first sale that eventually fell through, and then helped us navigate the second sale with great care and professionalism.

If I could give Mason more than 5 stars I would. From the beginning of the process he was attentive, available, and was on top of finding us the perfect home! Mason made sure the process was smooth and being first time home buyers we had LOTS of questions. Mason answered them all and did several check ins throughout the process all the way up to closing. Not one ounce of anxiety during the entire process with Mason, or the underwriter we worked with Jake, or Pam at city title who helped us close. It wasn’t just easy, it was luxurious. I’ve known of Franklin for some time but never had the opportunity to use him in a professional manner until now. We are a multi generational family who has very unique wants and needs. Franklin listens, he doesn't try to sell you on things that aren't a fit for you. He quietly shows the house and let's the house sell itself. He has been in the business for a long time and is established within the community. He "knows a guy" to help with any of your extra needs. He is a strong Christian man with strong moral character. That was important to us as this was our first home purchase and we placed allot of trust in him. I had allot of questions and made allot of phone calls to him. I was a little bit impatient at times and Franklin handled me and my family with grace and patience, always returning my phone calls or returning them quickly. He fought hard for us to get a new roof on my home, that was a huge win for us. My only complaint was that upon closing, there was something missing in the contract that I had assumed would be there. At that point, it was too late to adjust things. I am hoping it will not be an issue. With that being said, Franklin Harp is who I will be going to for any and all of my real estate needs. I would recommend him to anyone. I am blessed to have had him as our middle man throughout this process. Also that he and his family i are now new friends of our new community.
