Ka is phenomenal!!! She was always there, ready to show us houses and answer our questions at all sorts of time during the day. Ka was motivated and wanted to help us find the house we love. There were many times my husband and I wanted to give up especially with this market but Ka definitely kept us going. We wanted land for our kids and parking for our big family gatherings and when you live in town that's harder to find for a price you are willing to pay. With Ka skills on negotiation we closed on our house on the 28th and it will be our forever home because we got what we wanted!!!! Ka also have a great team with her helping us. She referred us to the best lender who worked hard for us to get our home loan. I can't thank her enough.
