Matthew was great from the start. He came highly recommended from a trusted friend and he did not disappoint. He knew the market, listened to what we were interested in. He was able to suggest a house that we look at that wasn't on our searches but because he'd listened, he thought this would be a good fit - and it was the house we ended up buying. It was perfect. He was great in helping with the offer process, inspection, closing, etc. Everything went smooth and his follow-through after the sale was great. Very fortunate that we were introduced to him.

Matthew is a great realtor for buying or selling! Over the past seven years, I’ve enjoyed and appreciated his help, knowledge, and guidance with both. He makes the process as easy as possible by clearly explaining the market and all the paperwork. He also helped me understand what to do to get my house ready to show to buyers. Matthew answered and returned all texts and calls promptly, and he sold my house very quickly. Thank you, Matthew!

Matthew was absolutely wonderful in helping me buy my first home! Even though I was an anxious and finicky first-time buyer, he was incredibly patient and kind. Matthew always took time to explain all the details of each step in the process before we even got to them, giving me time to prepare myself for what came next. Despite having to postpone for a year, he still made sure to provide me with valuable pointers and help to keep me on track for when I started the process again. From his expert knowledge to his uplifting demeanor, he remained flexible and accommodating to make sure I found a home I love and enjoyed every step along the way. I can't recommend Matthew highly enough, and am so grateful for his wonderful service!
