Courtney is not only the best real estate agent we have ever worked with, but she is one of the best people we have ever met. She combines the latest technology with an “Old School” work ethic, and southern charm, to make her an amazing asset when purchasing a new home. When we decided to relocate to Arkansas, we sent Courtney an email through Zillow. She called us within the hour to discuss our needs and desires with regard to purchasing a new home. Courtney provided us different means to contact her, and she answered every text, call, and email much quicker than expected (even at night or on weekends). Since we are from Illinois, we had limited time to actually tour homes, so Courtney helped us maximize the time we had available to see several homes that met our criteria. She paid close attention to the details that would make the home buying process as streamlined as possible. Throughout this process, Courtney has proven to be extremely knowledgeable and patient. After we closed on the home of our dreams, she has still been committed to ensuring that everything works out for us. She provided a packet to explain the connection for all of our utilities, recommended places to shop for furniture, and helped us with the delivery of appliances. Courtney is the only real estate agent we would use and after this process, we consider her a friend. We highly recommend her to anyone who wants to purchase or sell a home.
