I cannot say enough good things about working with Sharon as our family realtor. Danene was fantastic. We priced the home competitively and got some decent activity. Wanted it to go fast so we did a price reduction about 10 days in and within a week we were under contract. She was also able to negotiate an extended close to give us time to get out.
