Before Jodi became our realtor, she reached out to me when we were selling by owner. She offered advice, and stayed in contact with us. We asked her to be our agent, and we couldn’t have enjoyed her more! She’s very sweet and thoughtful. Jodi is a great communicator and works very hard to help her clients! We really enjoyed our experience with her, even with the ups and downs that comes with selling a home. She was there with us from the very beginning!

Jodi was very professional ,informative, and friendly. She kept us informed of everything as it happened. Very much appreciated the way she handled this sale.

Jodi is a professional realtor who was successful at applying strong marketing strategies for the sale of our property that was "land locked". These sales have their challenges. Her strong marketing attracted a buyer within just a couple of months after being listed. Jodi is very knowledgeable of the necessary marketing approach to get the property sold. Jodi provided the utmost professionalism in working with us, and we are impressed with her attention to detail. And even though we live in another state, she was very responsive to us when we contacted her. We highly recommend Jodi when considering a realtor.
