From the first call we knew that we had made the right choice. Nancy is a very knowledgeable and helped us with all of our questions. We had very tight constraints to work in (time-wise) and she was there to make sure we closed on time and had a good offer on our home. What I look for in a Realtor is someone that knows the ins and outs of the market and is able to treat me like a person and not just another sale. She was always available to answer my call or would reply very promptly if busy. Never once did I feel that I was just another number and that's a huge deal to me. I like to get to know a person and know where their intentions lie. If they're giving me the runaround or placing me second in their queue I don't want to work with them. I didn't encounter anything like that from Nancy. Just excellence all around I can't recommend her enough. This was monumental for us because after moving in we found out our oven was broken and our home warranty allowed us to get a brand new oven for $75.
