From the first call we knew that we had made the right choice. Nancy is a very knowledgeable and helped us with all of our questions. We had very tight constraints to work in (time-wise) and she was there to make sure we closed on time and had a good offer on our home. What I look for in a Realtor is someone that knows the ins and outs of the market and is able to treat me like a person and not just another sale. She was always available to answer my call or would reply very promptly if busy. Never once did I feel that I was just another number and that's a huge deal to me. I like to get to know a person and know where their intentions lie. If they're giving me the runaround or placing me second in their queue I don't want to work with them. I didn't encounter anything like that from Nancy. Just excellence all around I can't recommend her enough. When we put in our contract, Shelia fought for us by pushing the seller to cover a home warranty for us along with termite treatment. This was monumental for us because after moving in we found out our oven was broken and our home warranty allowed us to get a brand new oven for $75. Without Shelia’s help we wouldn’t have found our home and wed likely be out a few thousand having to buy a new oven.
