We met Shawna at an open house for a sale she had listed. We hadn't selected an agent to list our property and we were just starting to look for a new place. We were immediately happy with Shawna for her open and staright approach. We didn't really like the house she was representing but she represented her agancy and herself so well we returned and asked to be our selling and buying agent. She found value in our exsting property that we did not believe we had. She had contractors on speed dial to do some minor work to spruce up the showings. (We are now using those contractors on our new property!) She got us asking price through negotiations. She listened to our needs related to our new property. She found many that fit the bill and provided comparisons with them. When we found a property through the listings she was sending, she immediately dorve out to it and did a "live" tour as we were in another state. We had her make an offer the next day and she got us in well below asking price and appraised value. Shawna treated us like family throughout the entire process and we cannot provide any higher recommendation for her to be your agent!
