My first impression of Clayton was that he was on time, professionally dressed and well spoken. He walked through my home pointing out upgrades I had done that would help sell the house but also pointed out little things I could do to make my home show its best. He was very thorough walking me through the selling process & helping me understand how he would schedule my new house to close on the same day making it a seamless move. He then had a professional photographer come to my house to take outstanding pictures. We he waited to receive those he was already marketing my home as coming soon. He offered to do an open house the 1st day he officially put the house up for sale. Well I left for the day he did an open house where more than 30 people viewed my home. We ended up with multiple offers that Clayton broke down & helped me understand the pros/cons of each offer so I could make an educated decision. Long story short my home sold for more than any other similar homes in my neighborhood at that time. Clayton remained in touch through the entire process so I never had to worry. Everything went really smooth & I was able to move into my new home without a hitch!
