She was very kind to work with, always taking our feedback into consideration and taking a lot of time to talk us through the home buying process in AZ. In the end we ended up with a house we love, in an amazing neighborhood, with a quickly and easy closing process! 10/10 recommend!

My friend recommended David Zhao to me when we started to look for a home. After initial phone call, he provided to us a house list based on our requirements and started to visit each house even under high temperatures weather. When we decided to give offer to our current house, he worked with us on purchasing strategy after getting seller's status and motivation. He started to negotiate with seller during his vacation time under time zone differences. With his house market experience, finally, we purchased our house with better price. After closing, he continued providing us lots of help on house repairing, cleaning and moving. He is very enthusiastic agent and as he said: "the close is not the end, but the start of new journey: new home and friendship". We are very happy to select him as our agent and to be happier to be a friend after that.

If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. I was selling a house in another state while she was helping with the purchase here and I don't have the words to properly explain how much better she was. I wish there had been a clone of her doing the sale of my property as well. Incredibly easy to work with, very patient throughout our very thorough search, and very responsive and communicative. She even helped us work through an issue where the sellers agent had tried to pull, what I believe to be, some pretty unethical behavior. Will be recommending her to everyone i know.
