Dan’s experience, knowledge and attention to the avalanch of details necessary in the current market made our sale go shockingly smooth! All negotiations with Buyers went fairly quickly and without any problems. We were out-of-town sellers mostly and had many many small repairs necessary. Plus we are elderly ladies and not capable of much. Dan secured for us various qualified repair people, movers and a cleaning person. All performed perfectly.
