Susan actually helped us; for instance, if we were unavailable to let in a subcontractor, she stepped in. Any time I had a question, she gave me an answer or found one for me. If something needed arranged--like setting up the Title company to wire us money after closing--she helped. She was readily available. When we needed her, she was only a phone call, email, or text away. The house selling process was easier this time because Susan explained everything step-by-step. She is incredibly organized. Her checklists kept me on top of things. We felt like she was on our side when it came to negotiations. Her knowledge of real estate law is amazing. I could trust what she said. She has over 20 years of experience, which made us feel comfortable that she'd seen all types of markets--down and up. She optimized our listing price. We sold our house in August 2022 when the market turned from crazy bidding wars to houses sitting for 30+ days. We knew the market had changed, yet we wanted to get the most out of our home.
