James is an attentive realtor who is not just in this game for the almighty dollar.

James understands his market and knows how to work a sale through from start to finish. He answers questions and calls rapidly and doesn't leave a buyer hanging. Even after the sale closed and a clerical error was found in title, he helped follow up to initiate the correction. He is very professional but by the end we consider him a friend not just the guy who helped us buy a house.
