I was purchasing and closing on my home in March 2020, yes, the month COVID hit our country. I had planned, saved, and was executing on a dream I had been working on for five years. Obviously, my home search was difficult as the market had taken on an up-tick and I had been bid out by cash buyers offering above asking price on multiple properties.
