He was so patient with us as we toured homes far outside the Phoenix metro area late into the evening. With our budget in mind, he was able to look at controversial issues in some of the homes we toured and provide honest feedback. His judgment was priceless, as we were first-time home buyers and unfamiliar with the many aspects and decisions involved in buying a home. Greg's negotiation skills were also excellent. The house we selected for purchase was somewhat of a little bit bigger than we planned and without a pool, and Greg's skills enabled us to get the price lowered to account for closing costs and meet our price target. Craig was always available for phone calls, texts, and emails. There was never any waiting around for him to respond and, in a competitive market, that was a precious thing to have in an agent.
