We received Katie and Matt's information from a carpet installer, so we had no idea who they were. We called and invited Katie over to JUST talk with! Before she left we were positive she was our person. She treated us as if we were her family, always. But more important she treated us with the upmost respect from the moment we met until the house was sold, and after. She called and checked on us after we sold because she knew the journey ahead of us, who does that in todays world. Katie and Matt sold our home within a week of being on market! What is amazing is that there were two other homes on my street that have been for sale for over 10 months, one was our same floorplan!
