James went well over and beyond for us to help us locate a home in Maricopa. We were transferring from out of state and he was our liaison here on the ground. He would help tour homes and send us videos and walk us through the process. We worked with James for over a year to find a home due to our home out of state taking an excessive amount of time to sell. James was totally understanding, patient and kind during the entire process. We flew to Arizona on two separate occasions to tour several homes and one weekend we had roughly 33 homes on the list. James didn’t blink an eye or complain at the girth of the list. He just mapped it out and we spent days looking at homes. Once we found a home he introduced us to other people in the business and we closed our home within roughly 15 days! James made the transition from Indiana as smooth as possible amid all the extenuating circumstances.
