This was truly the best home buying experience. She walked me through every home I wanted without delay. From the very beginning she separated herself from the crowd by making herself genuinely available to go house hunting.. she never tired of my requests.. she was always there every step.. like a good friend imo. She was so comprehensive.. thinking of important points. Zoey looked out for me through negotiations and always kept me current with the processes.. always communicating what to expect. Zoey made sure all my documents were ready on time and always checked with the other realtor, my loan officer, inspections and escrow to keep things on track. I have never had a simpler more enjoyable home buying experience.. we finished ahead of schedule. I wanted to close before the end of the year. Zoey stayed right with every detail to make sure that happened for me right through the holidays.. perfect and smooth. She is an absolutely charming young lady who is very respectful, responsible, professional and precise.
