When it comes to getting one's property sold, there is nothing better than having peace of mind and certainty that it will be sold, quickly and at the right price. That's what I got when Ann (Regina) came into the picture, peace of mind and a sense of relieve and certainty cause I felt that we had finally found an agent that really cares about her customers and knows what needs to be done. We had 2 empty lots we tried selling two earlier times in the past. Those other times it was like if the agent/agency just went to the whole paperwork process just that they didn't have to say no, we don't want to sell your lots. Nothing happened those times, nothing at all. Not even one offer, no phone call from the agents, no attention at all. The minute I called Ann, I knew, right there, that this was a completely different story we were about to write. Ann, helped us sell our property at 1096 Ramar is less than a month. She's got this magic touch that I can't explain, but I'll tell you that she gets the job done and done beyond expectations. Ann is so knowledgeable, so customer oriented, so focused on what she does that it's very hard to even try to compare her to any other rep I've worked with in the past.
