Chantal went above and beyond my expectations in more ways than one. I inherited a house, which was in dire need of cleaning, repairs, and renovations prior to putting it on the market... Being that I live over 1,300 miles away, I was extremely overwhelmed with all that needed to be done in the 3 days I was in town AND all to be done after, when I returned home. She very easily put me at ease with explaining the home selling process as well as having any and every contact/connection that I could need to get started on everything required for the house. Each person she recommended, also surpassed my expectations with being reliable, quick, and thorough with the work they did.
