I have purchased 6 homes to date. I have never been so pleasantly surprised. Zoey worked harder for me than all of my previous realtors combined. The research she did was outstanding! This was truly the best home buying experience. She walked me through every home I wanted without delay. From the very beginning she separated herself from the crowd by making herself genuinely available to go house hunting.. she never tired of my requests.. she was always there every step.. like a good friend imo. She was so comprehensive.. thinking of important points. Zoey looked out for me through negotiations and always kept me current with the processes.. always communicating what to expect. Zoey made sure all my documents were ready on time and always checked with the other realtor, my loan officer, inspections and escrow to keep things on track. I have never had a simpler more enjoyable home buying experience.. we finished ahead of schedule. I wanted to close before the end of the year. Zoey stayed right with every detail to make sure that happened for me right through the holidays.. perfect and smooth. She is an absolutely charming young lady who is very respectful, responsible, professional and precise. She left a big gift bag of convenience items in my new home after I got my keys .. she is very kind. This was actually so fun.. "Always one step ahead of the competition" She went above and beyond the call of duty to get my house sold, it took Anna less than three weeks to sell my property. She communicates every step of the way ensuring I had a full understanding of what was going on and continued to answer every question I thew her way. Anna helped my wife organized and sell the furniture we had, she met with people to pick up those items, she cleaned the house to prep for the open house. Anna was willing to paint the back yard fence, pull weeds, she just kept going to make sure the house was ready. During the home inspection there were a few issues that came up, but not only did Anna know people to correct the issues we were having, she was able to get it done quickly.
