Bronwyn is professional, patient, genuinely kind and hardworking. She made the online signing process extremely easy for someone like me who’s not tech savvy. She helped with project suggestions throughout the remodel of my condo and kept me on task by helping make decisions regarding countertops, backsplashes, paint colors, etc. She was a huge moral support, has a great eye for design and gave beautiful recommendations for the staging process as well. She listed my condo for higher than I anticipated and we received multiple offers within the first 12 hrs. I recommend Bronwyn to anyone who’s looking to buy or sell and I would absolutely use her again…… ….I’m not just saying this because she’s my amazing daughter. It was super cool to finally have the opportunity to see her in action and watch her kick-butt!

Starred out knowing nothing and Bronwyn told us how things went. She knows her stuff, and if she didn’t know the answer she would get it. Bronwyn started this home buying adventure with us last summer, she was able to answer all the questions we had through out the home buying process, she is very knowledgeable about the market and what is available in the area that we were looking in. She always called us back within a minute or two and she was always there to answer questions even when they were off the wall questions. She very professional and on time. If it wasn’t for Bronwyn we wouldn’t have bought the house that we did, we were about to give up on the search but Bronwyn wouldn’t let us. Or during the escrow process Bronwyn was there every step of the way made the whole process seem like it was a dream because of how fast everything was moving. From putting in the offer to the day, we closed with a 24 day process. We love the house we’re in with the desert views in the mountain views, we can’t thank Bronwyn enough for all of her help she made this dream of buying a house come true.

Bronwyn helped my fiancé and I purchase our very first home! She made the experience as exciting and special as it should be. She was extremely attentive and diligent and made the entire process seem very easy. She made time for us whenever we asked to see homes and she was always happy to answer questions or talk about the escrow process. She asked very little of us and took care of most things on her end which made our lives easier. I recommend Bronwyn to anyone who wants someone very friendly to work with who is also very educated in the market and real estate. You will not be disappointed, she is an extremely hard worker and will be right beside you through the entire process!

Dierdre was great to work with. After my original agent dropped the ball, I got in touch with Dierdre. She had me and my wife in looking at homes within a half an hour of making the phone call. Very proactive. Dierdre also went above and beyond in making lodging arrangements for me while traveling to Havasu for home inspection. She also arranged to have the home cleaned once we finally closed. These are all things she didn't have to do but are definitely value added services. I would definitely use Dierdre again on future real estate ventures and am proud to consider her a friend.

We were impressed not only with Dierdre's professionalism but especially her integrity in handling potentially conflicting roles in our recent home and adjoining lot purchases. Considering we were out of state buyers, one seller was also out of state and the other seller was foreign, our transaction went very smooth with no hiccups. From beginning to end, Dierdre stayed on top of things, communicating and responding promptly, guiding us through the process from beginning to end. We are indeed very satisfied clients.

Tremendous agent. Great communication from start to finish. Was able to secure an offer within a day and fast track the entire sale process. Much appreciated.
