Responsive and Attentive.

Where I live realtors are a dime a dozen and houses sell themselves for the most part. That said, the AVERAGE person has to use a realtor. Noreen is great. Super responsive. Listens to her client. Respects their preferences, and has laser focus on taking care of her client.

Susan was a fabulous agent

Susan was a fabulous agent. She knew the area, she did her research and worked with our schedule of only having one long day to look at houses. The buying part was easy and painless. The house closed in three weeks with ease. And even after escrow closed, Susan was there to help coordinate work that needed to be done at the house, while we were back in California. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a house in the Lake Havasu area.
