Sue Dearing was the best realtor my family and I could have ever asked for, she was willing to work around our crazy schedule. A couple times I had to go view houses with my toddlers without my husband, she was such a help, never complained or rolled her eyes or even seemed annoyed. She calmed every nerve and fear throughout the process. She knows what she is doing. I would recommend Sue 100% to anyone I know ready to move/sell!

David did a wonderful job. He saved us a ton of money on the purchase price as well as money taken off for necessary repairs discovered by the home inspector. We were constantly updated during the entire escrow process and even closed 6 days early. David beat the agent we had for the sale of our previous home, hands down. Had he been involved for the sale our other house I feel that we could have made more money. In conclusion I would say that I would not hesitate to recommend or use David again, but of course we're never moving again!
