I cannot recommend Quinn enough! My partner and I were first-time home buyers and Quinn patiently explained every part of the process to us so that we felt confident and comfortable. We loved how responsive and available Quinn was—he happily responded to all my frantic hourly texts. Quinn is also a fantastic negotiator—he scored us a deal WELL under the asking price on our dream home. And if you like bikes or have kids, check out the amazing youth bicycle nonprofit Quinn runs (FLYRS). Highly recommend working with Quinn!

It was great working with Quinn to buy our first home. We came into the process with a pretty good idea of what we were looking for and what we wanted to spend, but Quinn provided helpful guidance and support throughout. Something we really appreciated was that his help went beyond simply finding homes. Quinn was great at coordinating all the moving pieces along the way, whether that meant scheduling inspections on short notice, connecting us with the right people, or helping us navigate things with the title agency. Those little things, which we as first-time homebuyers didn't necessarily know to think about, made a huge difference in keeping the process moving smoothly. Ultimately, Quinn helped us find a home we really love at a price that we were happy about. He's a blast to work with, professional, and genuinely cares about the outcomes of his clients. We wholeheartedly enjoyed working with him and would happily recommend him to others.

Quinn is not a generic realtor. Sure, he checks all the boxes of being a great agent. Timely responses, knowledgeable home tours, and the ability to leverage his realty experience into protecting his client’s interests… but on top of that he genuinely cares about your outcome and experience through the process of buying a home. His enthusiasm is tempered by a realistic mindset while also being contagious. He is able to meet your wants/needs while keeping negotiations amicable. Lose the slimey agents and find yourself in Quinns office if you want the best home buying experience avalible.
