Kory was an asset to us during the selling and purchasing of our homes. He made sure we received a fair selling price and negotiated for us to make the purchase our new home and did so with the highest professionalism. There were several challenges during the process that could have been stressful but Kory put us at ease through the entire process. Joni was amazing to work with. She has many years of experience as a realtor for lived in home, newly-built homes, and through the lender's side. Very knowledgeable, and answered many questions I had as a 1st time seller, and answered questions I didn't know I would have. She followed up with me anytime she would get interest on the property at any time of the day, didn't matter if that interest didn't fallow through. I would highly recommend.

Marty is a proactive agent. What I mean is that he didn't just put my listing on the MLS and sit back. Marty used additional strategies to get the listing seen by other agents and potential buyers. ( Social media, aerial pics etc) He was also in communication with us through out the process, I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. In our case, the buyer/buyers agent dropped the ball on occasion, and he was in essence doing their job as well. He is a dedicated hardworking agent, great experience.

It's not often you get more than you bargained for in a good way, and that's what we got with Keith Howard. Prior to choosing a realtor to help us buy and sell, we consulted a few known realtors and quickly found they didn't seem "hungry" for the opportunity and all set the bar very low on the valuation of the house we were looking to sell, which almost led to us not listing -- until we found Keith. Susan went above and beyond our expectations. We wanted a fairly quick sale and she helped stage inside and outside and quickly arranged multiple showings and offers. She was always available to deal with issues quickly and efficiently. As we were out of state during the sale process she also assisted us by arranging for and supervising several professionals who took care of issues that arose from the home inspection. We certainly couldn’t have done it without all the extras she did for us.
