Our place was unique. We always called it the Ranch, it was built by my father. It was a long process in our minds however, it just took time and Cris being persistent. In the end she found someone who loved it as much as my parents did Cris was great to work with and even came several times to lend a hand any way she could when I was packing the Ranch up. I can't recommend any realtor more!! Lawrence went above and beyond my expectations of realtors! This is not my first home purchase, but it is three times bigger and more costly than my first home, and with many more elements (well, water storage tanks, chicken coops, septic system, garage, basement, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, ETC). As you can imagine, the various inspections and tests needed during escrow took COUNTLESS hours and required MANY questions to be answered, and Lawrence was readily available, detail-oriented, and attentive every step of the way. He had professional references when more help was needed, and those he referred me to were also pretty reliable, even on short notice. There were so many twists and turns during my home search, including when I originally had to walk away from this property because my original offer was not accepted. In the following weeks before we heard from the seller's agent again, Lawrence remained just as diligent and reliable as before as we continued touring different homes and properties. He didn't rush us from one home viewing to the next, but allowed time for many aspects of each property to be considered. He and the seller's agent coordinated patiently when extra home viewings were needed for us to double check repairs or inspect aspects we had overlooked before. As a younger person who treads pretty far off the beaten path, there have been times with other realtors that I felt heavily judged and brushed aside, and that's not the case with Lawrence. His nonjudgmental nature, dependability, prompt attentiveness, and direct and genuine communication were exactly what was needed to make this megalithic dream of mine a reality!!! Kaelee is amazing!!! We talked about my wants and needs and she knew exactly what to show me we looked at maybe 3 houses and I knew what I wanted.. so did she!!!!!
