Esther was very good at getting back to me whenever there was issues or time sensitive requirements for the home purchase (even communicating with mortgage lenders or even title agencies!), she was very knowledgable about steps that needed to be taken and ways to make offers, she was very good at ensuring she was doing what she could for the interest of the buyer she was serving, she was very resilient at trying to ensure that at times we make steps in order to close in time, and lastly, she is going to do what she can to ensure that the process is easy, because this being my first property, I did not have experience with the home buying process, and because of Esther, I understood the market, the timing for everything, and how to approach making offers so if it wasn't for her and I would have bought a home on my home I probably would have honestly been screwed over. Honestly, probably the best and only agent you will need that will definitely help you get the home you want!
