Katy White did a phenomenal job helping me find my new home and negotiating a great deal with the seller. She had great communication skills throughout the entire process and is very knowledgeable in her field. She is the best realtor in the Scottsdale area and I plan to use her again in the future.

Bob did a great job helping me get into a triplex in Phoenix. I spent about a month calling agents and driving around town, so I have a good idea of who knows the entire process well and who's not there mentally. He was always available and offered advice, often before I asked. My project property is relatively small in the Real Estate market and I designed it to be a learning experience, so I'm really pleased with how things turned out for the amount of work that has to go into negotiating the closing of one single property.
