I just have to tell you how easy it was to put my home on the market with The Power of Two! The name is what convinced me to go with Linda Pitzer and Patty Rosenberg. I wanted to work with two people, knowing I would always have someone to connect with. I wanted someone who knew the Sun City West area. I wanted Linda and Patty to work as a team. I made the right choice! I found my calls/texts were always returned promptly, and my questions answered thoroughly. I had never sold a home before, so I had many questions. They both knew “my house”, and I always knew where we were in the “selling arena”.

First off, we love Lynn. This is the second time we have worked with Lynn and both experiences have been top notch. Lynn is so personal in her approach, making sure she is present at every meeting, whether with the appraiser, septic inspector, title company, or meeting the handy man on site for us. If you are looking for a realtor who truly cares for you and your family, it's Lynn.
