Katannya Hartwell was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and a savvy negotiator!

In working with Katannya, I found her to be extremely knowledgeable of the Flagstaff real estate market, both in residential sales and in the short term rental space. It was really obvious that she has spent a lot of time and energy exploring and learning the Flagstaff and surrounding areas of northern Arizona. She also has a very analytical approach to her work. Pay attention to her growing list of real estate designations and credentials and you will see she is committed to her profession. I would highly recommend her as a buyer's agent, a listing agent and a consultant for someone looking to buy an investment property. She really knows all of these areas well. She is a great agent with a lot to offer.
