Kelly came to our property with Robert Hughes, who we had requested as our agent. She gave us her opinion of the property value as over $1.3 million. She was not even aware for several weeks that the house itself was a manufactured home. We are grateful beyond measure that Robert Hughes took care of the showings and sale and would recommend him all day long. He goes beyond the norm to take care of details and treats the property as though it were his own. Every potential buyer was treated with great respect. We only heard from Kelly once after the property was listed, and that was when she advised us of her own lack of knowledge that the house was not stick build.

Kelly knows the market. She knows what sells. She was great in helping us stage the house. When it came down to the last and best offer she knew what was negotiable. We got the time and the price we wanted.

Kelly was extremely timely and very responsive! She was always available and took us around to all the places and houses we wanted to see. She negotiated on our behalf and understood the neighborhood where we eventually purchased. She is authentic and very personable and provided us with a great deal of resources after the sale!
