Carol Ann has so much experience and knowledge of the Verde Valley market. She also had many tips for presenting the home that would have never occurred to me. She kept in contact religiously and provided moral support in the one instance it was necessary. She was also able to provide recommendations for local services such as loan officer, contractors and moving company and they all were superior.

Responded immediately to all my many questions.

Hannah listens to what your interested in and does her homework prior to meeting. Excellent experience all the way through from start to finish. Very attentive!
