We moved to Arizona from central Ohio in May 2026. I became familiar with Dawn through her YouTube channel when I was researching central Arizona a few years ago. Her channel is how we found out about the Verde Valley. I contacted Dawn earlier this year and she was very prompt in her responses and a wealth of knowledge about the area. She sent us MLS listings regularly that matched our criteria for a home. She showed us 10 - 12 homes before we decided on the one. Dawn is very personable, professional, knowledgeable and a great communicator. I would highly recommend her to family and friends.

Dawn is amazing! Absolutely the best realtor if you’re looking to move to the Village of Oak Creek or Sedona area. We relocated from Colorado and Dawn couldn’t have made the process any easier. She kept us informed with everything that was going on and answered any of our questions extremely fast and to the full extent. She definitely went above and beyond the help us in any way possible.
