When an offer was received, Dusty negotiated with the buyer's agent to obtain the best offer possible and explained the offer thoroughly to me. Linda located contractors to complete the work requested by the buyer's at reasonable rates and scheduled/followed up with them. Dusty also attended the signing appointment at the title company with me and requested adjustments to the settlement statement so that it was accurate.
